Don't know what year 250 you have, but if you already have a FMF pipe with the power core 2 silencer you can go to FMF's site and go to the Jetting Center under Technical Support. It can be a starting point for you.

What silencer are you currently using? Is the jetting correct with the set up you have now?

If you are replacing the stock silencer with the Powercore, You likely won't have to do more than an air screw adjustment. The pipe and reeds are what make big air flow changes that require jetting changes.
