No sandy area around. I got sand road right in front of my house. Before I don't ride at all I do 5 to 10 minutes doing circles or figure 8 around 2 old car tires. Slow training helps to make you faster

There is a relation between riding style and premix ratio in regards to bottom end changes.
Coming from bottom end changes at 150 hours due to necessity at 40 to 50:1 premix level and no premix fallout in the crank I now run over 200 hours on one crank with all in spec @ a premix ratio of 20:1 and a 2mm fallout of premix in the crank.

A higher premix ratio gives you more life to your bearings and a way better ring-seal. All IMO of course

How old is the top end, is the piston clearance in spec or was it not measured before installing the piston.
Jetting set up etc can make a big difference. Timing being retarded also gives a more mellow power curve.

That's kind of normal. clutch plates swell and when cooling shring back to original size.
Some aftermarket plates swell more than others.

A bearing could be stuck IMO also it is not an easy task to detect a bent fork.

Are you sure about the right direction?

This is what I found in another forum:

all of these springs have a slightly different ID on each end. It will, actually, only install in one direction. The paint dot goes at the bottom.

Coil testing is done over the resistance and even with a good looking spark the coil could be on its way out. They have 2 circuits both have to work. Ohm values should be in the manual.

If you have another coil at hand just connect it and try to start the bike.

How about the coil? Did you test it? Coils  can get back give you some problems which seems to get jetting.

Because the pistons live their life in a pretty harsh environment and can fall apart when pushing their lifespan.

Yeap I hear you, gripping the bike with the leg makes it easier to be loose on the handlebar. But to grip the bike is not something coming easy really.

I have a bike with a bit harder springs and get no arm pump. I'm in the middle of the YZ250 ('09)rider weight max. 65kg and the RM250 ('08)with YZ250 engine rider max weight 85kg.  The softer bike is still better IMO I ride off road, most open area and a few single trails. 
I use ATF D3 in my forks and change that oil every 40 Hours but I think to go to 20 hours for the fork oil change it is worth it.
