And if someone develops a one-stroke internal-combustion engine that's got more power and less weight than a two-stroke, I say let the one- two- and four-strokes still race 250 v 250 v 250. If that means these new one-strokes come in and wipe out all the two-strokes, they will have genuinely earned it. May the best engine win. It makes no sense to have displacement handicaps at all! All they're doing is trying to put them on an equal footing for power. Well shit, if you're going to do that, just say "no more than X horsepower." It's the same thing they're doing now, except that way they'd actually be honest about their intentions.
