Not this again  ??? It's easy enough to pull isolated stats from different locations and point to them as determining factors but those of us who are a little older can see the difference in the climate from when we were kids-and that's very short term in the overall scheme of things.
Someday you'll think back to this and think- "WTF" was I thinking.
What sachs said is true and along with that various species of animals and insects are migrating-and staying-much farther north than they ever could in past years.
Around here, most of the Canada Geese overwinter-to the extent they're becoming problematic. That never happened as little as 10 years ago.Any that did back then froze to death. Not any more.
On the other hand,it's snowing as I sit here so we'll add a few more inches to the foot or so on the ground already. That must mean the global freeze is on. :<img src=" title="Roll Eyes" class="smiley">

Warmer temperatures are allowing grizzly bears to migrate further north into Canada's Arctic. The northern Aboriginal tribes, particularly the Inuit, are reporting more and more polar/grizzly bear hybrids, something that has never been seen before.

The meteor strike is rumored to be in 2036. The zombies were supposed to come in on the 21st of December. Major disappointment  :-X

That is pretty correct, as kid I could remeber frosts everymorning from May until end of August, would rain all winter and be relatively dry all summer. Now we rarely get frosts and most rain comes in the summer. The min/max temps get further apart and the storms get more and more severe.
Forget Zombies killer Drop Bears are what you have to look out for

Around here, most of the Canada Geese overwinter-to the extent they're becoming problematic.

They were protected for a period and people fed them. The town of Bend, OR had to kill off like 400+ geese due to the numbers. Why leave when food is literally handed to you? It was 10 degrees a couple days ago and you could see geese still fly back downtown lmfao.

They've never been protected here and in fact, they keep making the hunting season earlier and longer to help control the numbers.
The geese forage in farmers fields once cut but as all the lakes were froze over and the fields snow covered they had to move along.Recent years, the snow comes and goes and the lakes freeze and thaw. This gives then steady access to food and water. Some years the ice racing boys are lucky to get a couple weekends in a row of safe ice.(They're hitting it today outside halifax as they have various spots around the province and they choose based on which is safest/best at the time)

Bend Oregon may be as you say but I'm about 6000 km away so I don't think it's all that relevant.
As for Gore, your "expert" on the other side, isn't he the American pres. hopeful that wrote the eco books and now just took a big payout from big oil and al jazeera? That's a good one to quote from your side of the fence-lol.

I had to stick my head in the screen to see what a "drop bear" was. :D Ewe decide ;D Too funny.I've had widowmaker limbs whack me on the helmet when cutting but never a drop bear.Ours are blacks and are numerous these days so I think I'll spend more time looking up-lol.
