Can you not just buy a number on the day? My local club will give you a number on the day then you just buy some cheap numbers for 20p from a van/shop and go race. Iv never seen anyone race with a letter instead of a number before.

Congrats on the clean 06, I have the same bike. I got mine to use as a practice bike, to save my stroker crank mod 04 for races. Anyway the stock reeds floodered, get a rad valve for much better low to mid, remove reeds-then polish the inside smooth, polish intake cases too since you,ll have the reed block out, polish both sides of carb. You,ll get on the pipe much quicker, use a higher gear in corners. The older style icat, works better than the new icat ibooster, I tried them both on the 06.In the USA the stock silencers are much shorter, that long silencer is too restrictive. I  tried a 03 kx HGS bud pipe, that I pounded, bent and cut to fit on my 04 cr125. The 04 has a radiator hose on the inside of the pipe, that the 06 doesn,t have. That pipe really woke it up, snappier, quicker hit then a much stronger mid pull all the way to 12,000 rpm, then with over rev to about 13,750. An honest 38-39 hp, but very easy to ride and so much more fun. ;D  The vforce reed also works good, doesn,t have the low to mid boost the rad valve has tho.  Youtube vid  mx207 Maine state championships 2-stroke 125 class, the helmet cam is on a stock cr125, at 2.58  a mod cr125 passes him, big diff. in hp and awesome sound. Another vid is MSMC 2-stroke Class Moto 3 // uncut , 2 cr125,s  pull away from everybody.

I,m computer stupid, don,t know how to link stuff. But Boyeseen makes the rad valve, the hgs bud pipe I purchased from Langston racing in the USA. The pipe is made in Holland, distributers are in Europe. The hgs pipe made for the 05-07 cr125, I heard is suppossed to have a big mid increase. Langston used to be a Doma importer, they had a few hgs pipes for what ever reason. On the internet I heard a kx pipe increased the low to mid, on the cr125. If your wondering that,s why I tried a kx pipe, I figured that I would get a low to mid increase at least. There,s quite a bit of fab work, cut the stinger-back of pipe and some of the silencer stinger off. Pound the pipe in to get clearance for the kick starter, bending in the stinger area, make a bracket for the rear pipe mount, have to use kx pipe springs, the stock front mount is still used. You just keep tweeking it until the pipe doesn,t touch the frame and stuff. The pipe has a super fat cone, the closest you can get to a factory Honda pipe. I grinded a little off the inside of the kick start lever also. The clamp I mentioned is just a piece of flat steel, drill 2 holes for mounting, a piece of rubber that the bolt goes threw, to deaden vibration. Kinda of fun project, that anyone can do in a afternoon.

Looks good, you could peal the melisha graphics off  and run the stock graghics which look great. If your going to add a different seat cover in the future, install the seat cover over the stock cover, that,s what I do.  A  04 125 seat works on a 06, it,s a tight fit tho, the 04 seat is softer and a little wider.

yeah i gotta get rid of the mulisha kit but i'm waiting until next season so i'll just beat these ones up while practicing for now and i've got a set of wheels sitting in the shed from my old bike that will look nice on it!

Looking good for that second video Critta. Couple of suggestions:

Try to get a basic idea of where the dirt is good. Obviously theres no point in going three times the distance just for good dirt, but it makes your job on a hard hitting 125 a little easier.

You seem to be taking the mid line and then switching to an outside line. As in, when you enter the corner you seem to be around about the middle then you tend to head for the outside. This makes for a sharp angle of hitting the berm thats on the outside usually. I would suggest entering the corner on the outside line, leaning it right over (where appropriate) and giving it some serious juice.

Something to note: I only watched the first minute or so of the vid cos my internet is just awful. Its likely that you got better throughout the vid but thats what I picked up from my viewing.

Otherwise, looking really good, you've got excellent control and I didn't hear a single bit of bog from that awesome litlte zinger.

Nice work mate
