How To Post Photos
« on: March 28, 2010, 05:00:25 PM »
Posting photos to a forum is not as hard as you might think. Here is a step by step tutorial on how do post pictures quickly and easily.

1- Get a Photobucket account - it's free and easy. (http://photobucket.com/)

2- Upload your photos to photobucket.

3- Once your photo is uploaded, choose the photo you want to use and click on the "SHARE" tab above the picture.

4- Click on tab to "GET LINK CODE"

5- Copy the full size IMG file (Which starts with the code [IMG]http)

6- Paste the code into the text area of the forum, the place where you type out what you want to say.

That's all there is to it! You can add as many photos as you like into one post.

Please post any questions here in this sticky.

Thanks!

http://imageshack.us/  also allows you to just upload random photos without an account if you want to do something quick.

Modest beginings start with a single blow of a horn, man.

opfermanmotors is correct there are many online photo services that will allow you to do this. I just chose the one that I use in case you have a problem, it will be easy to help out.

Just so you know there are a couple of ways of posting photos, I just found the above to be easy and logical.

If you have a favorite way of posting photos, please feel free to post it here.  ;D

I havent actually posted photos with the scanner but i did scan photos to my computer then to photo bucket. The only way i can post them is through photobucket, i cant do it from my computer, it never wants to work for me.

I wanna know how to get an avatar of my own up....??
