I cant get one either through this site but if youve got a facebook account you can connect to TSM via that and use your FB profile pic for your avatar. thats how i ended up doing it.

You have to just click the IMG labelled thingy, its the bottom one.

You want this WITHOUT the spaces between the img.

Remove the spaces and voila!
