Never liked the Carrera GT.  I'd much take a Murcielago LP640-4 first, in that market segment.  The Cayman, though, that's a good deal for a car.  For the rather reasonable price of a new Dodge Charger, one can get ahold of a 2007 Cayman S (the faster one) and even have some money left-over (depending on the options on your Cayman and Charger).  Given how cheap it is (relatively speaking) and its performance and practicality, I say it's the perfect Porsche for the everyday man.  Of course, if you really want a cheap Porsche, it's hard to go wrong with a 914.  About half the price of a new Maico, and you get a ridiculously entertaining little vintage sports car.
And before saying all this is off-topic, remember that Maico is the Porsche of motocross.
