I didnt steal it thats for sure but it feels like i did for the price i got it.  The guy i bought it from owned a car dealership and had plenty of money.  He was selling it not to make money but for saftey reasons.  He just had a baby and didnt want to get hurt.  This was definitely an amazing find.

Make sure you go over the entire bike before riding it even though it has low hours.Pull the swingarm, linkage and steering head and regrease. Most likely the previous owner has not done this.Enjoy!

LOL that's what he meant...it is a common saying when someone gets a bike (or anything really) for what most consider a low price. ;D

You kidnaped the owner's baby and got that for randsom!   No?
