I'd rather a full bottle in front of me than a full frontal lobotomy.

Their is only one flaw on this bike.  The guy i bought it from mixed the gas to rich.  So there is black smoke underneath the back fender and a little bit on top.  Other than that the bike is amazing and i cant wait to ride it at the track this saturday.

Probably more factory rich jetting then the pre-mix ratio.

Yea it could be that also, but i drained the gas today and it looked really rich to me.  The previous owner didnt even know what ratio he mixed it.

For what ever reason every since I had a KX for like 3 months, I miss it, and have a big hard on for one, LOL!

The only thing i would consider trading for is a 2005-2009 yz250 in about the same shape as mine.

I know what you mean.  When i see a completely stock kx250 in like new condition it makes me drool almost.  They are just so beautiful.  They look so clean.  Now i got one sitting in my garage dying to be ridden, the only problem is it wont stop raining here and im waiting for a new air filter to come in. :(

Had a ride jacked up last sunday but it absolutly bucketed down. It was 5 degs 30 knot winds and ALOT of rain.
If you don't fall off you are not going hard enough

Man that sucks.  It rains every day around 7 oclock.  I was going to ride tomorro at a local track even with the rain but my air filter, grips and oil didnt come in on time.  I am pretty mad because i cant stand seeing that beautiful beast just sit there.  Ill just have to wait till next weekend. :(

Haha.  I think i am going to keep it stock so i can see if i like the bike as is.  Ive always ridden yamaha so this may be a wierd jump for me.  If i dont like the bike i can always sell it and make some money off the bike then buy a yz250.  I have heard that it is pretty hard to go from a different bike to the kx250 because of its wierd suspension set up.  Ill  see soon though i hope.   ;D
