Great idea TM's are really nice bikes and perfect opportunity to race one next season which would get the bikes youd be selling more exposure

General Two Stroke Talk / four stroke owners...
« on: March 21, 2011, 12:58:30 PM »
Alright so this happened a few weeks ago between me and a friend who loves 4 strokes, i was trying to explain why a 2 stroke is a superior type of engine and why my 125 will smoke his crf150r so he told me when he gets the 250r he'd smoke my 125 so i told him id get a yz 250 and itd be cc to cc he said no he'd buy a 450 if he was going to race a 250 2 stroke so i told him id get my hands on a 500 with old technology and he said it wouldnt be fair, i asked why and he said because id have a bigger displacement..

i understand fully whats going on with MI of course i dont know the details but with everything in life theres always something that can go wrong and occaisonally does in my opinion this is just one of those unfortunate cases and while it probally could be handled differently with more information on what has went wrong but in the end theyre still a company that is dedicated to two strokes, and project 250 was still an attempt to get a two stroke into the nationals even though everyone had their own opinions on how the project shouldve been attempted not many people would have been willing to put forth their time and money into something that may or may not succeed and unfortunately did not but in the end trying and failing is always better then not trying at all

Thats unfortunate especially with some of the people in this area i drove an hour and a half to the other side of pittsburgh from where im at to look at this rm125 and we had plans and he blows me off so i told him to forget it needless to say my dad was pretty p.o.ed he had to drive that far for nothing got my yz about a week later for about half the price and i couldnt be more happy

thats great advice John i agree 100% and though im not attempting to quit chewing, i feel like somethings wrong if i dont have a dip in when i get ready for school in the mornings beef jerky in a can is a pretty good remedy for that
