Dirt Rider needs test riders
« on: July 16, 2010, 08:01:43 PM »
Dirt Rider's Jimmy Lewis asked me to find some riders who would be willing do a bike test involving the KTM 150 and 250F (remember that test that I mentioned some weeks back). If you are interested then you can send me a message with your contact info, so he can call you and make arrangements. It will be soon, like Wed and Thurs of next week. Thanks, let me know.

I just wish Jimmy Lewis or someone from Dirt Rider would @ least respond to the somewhat large amount of letters I've sent to "Letter Rip"in his magazine... ;) As far as me doing any test riding it would have to be close to the tri-state region of PA,MD or WV.

I take it this will take place in Ca? If I knew my son could get a chance, I would fly him out there in a heartbeat. Besides, he has family all over Ca.

Yep, I wish there would be an opportunity for riders outside of CA, but it is going to happen in California. Piru and Racetown. I can't wait to see how this whole thing comes out.

My little brother got accepted! (dirtbikerider88) :) I however didn't even get a reply back lol, I pointed out I am too large from the beginning (210 6' tall, in the process of losing weight quick) and I went into this trying to get him into the test not me but I replied for fun anyhow lol.

He got a reply back with the schedule so I'll be dropping him off @ the tracks for the tests. Woot!

I still don't know why they didn't include everyone. They should of IMO. Even so, I appreciate you guys following through with this.
