Pro-circuit pipes?

Hello im rebuilding a 92cr250 and was wondering if anyone knows the difference between the WORKS 95 pt number 0446 and the 92 PLATINUM pt number ph92250p?
I just bought the 92 as the 95 is getting rough

Hey dean, the pc pipes are  all the same power wise only the Finnish is different.

Just wondered jetting wise really i got the pwk carb on her and she doesnt run too well with 195 main jet it just drowns in goo, ive gone down to 165 to try this weekend with the new 92 pipe ??

Wow! no wonder.  Where did you come up with a 195 main?

Here is a good baseline jetting start using the PWK.  Tweak it from here for your temps and
altitudes: 168 main, 55 pilot, 1370M needle with clip on 3nd and the airscrew 1 1/2 turns out.

The 195 main came with the pwk carb from a hm honda cre250? I put it back to 165 for the minute, just wondering if the 16oz flywheel dc set up would make any difference?

Sorry ive got the 168 main in now, the slide is a 1360? And pilot 55 third groove needle thanks dogger

I'm hoping that number is a 1369, if so, you should be good to go for a baseline.
If it really is a 1360, you'll need to swap it out.  The needle will affect performance
from 1/4 throttle all the way to where the main jet takes over.

From the pictures, looks like a nice ride.

Still wondering Dogger where to drill the holes in the crankcase to ease oil flow to the clutch?
