engine knocking???

is that a normal noise? it happened on my YZ250 and my CR125 before this.

Always does it but yes goes away when you rev it. Atleast I think it does. it might just be going to fast to hear it. Bigger pilot needed?

Thats what a 2 stroke sounds like Stu. ;D
Nothing to worry about. You should hear a KX250 idle  :o, sounds terrible.

could be your clutch plates vibrating in the basket they can rattle pretty hard depending on the model

I thought so. Like I said both my YZ250 and CR125 made a similar noise.

What color is the plug?

White shes running lean. I already knew this I just wasn't sure if it was a lean noise or a normal one.

Ya broke it already? Jeez stu  ;D Isn't that under warranty? Ride the p!ss out of it and if it breaks use the warranty if its got one. If not, ride it hard anyways, its a new bike

KTM's don't come with a warranty....'cause they don't break..

Huh... I wouldn't want a new bike with out a warranty. What if it had a proven factory defect, could you get it replaced or be SOL?

They have, or atleast mine did, a selective warranty which basically means an ultra limited warranty. Obviously pistons/rings, oils, air filters etc etc etc aren't covered on a motocross bike but crankcase failure, crank failure within some small amount of time, and most other limited wear parts are covered according to my warranty booklet.
