good buy, they were not known to be the most powerful of beasts but sure are good to ride. check the mains for sideways movement too, my old 90 model was pretty bad, it had worn the cases out and had to glue the bearings in to stop it moving

The front end is a '90 model and pipe "looks" like it follows the '90 route.
Check the 10th digit on the frame number a "K" is '89 a "L" is '90.
Eng number for '89 starts 3jd, for '90 3sr.

3XJ enigine number would make it a '90 frame with a '91 motor...

Got started stripping down yesterday and discovered a few little niggles that need to be fixed:

Yes that is filler on that exhaust but thats not going to be a problem when you see what happened when I grabbed the silencer to turn the bike around.
