Here's a pretty cool vid from VitalMX. The guy buys a 94 cr500 off craigslist and races at Gatorback Cycle park. Awesome.

Says he is gonna race it again. If it doesn't break and he learns how to keep the front end down I wonder how he will do now that he has about 90 min on the bike instead of 10? I hope he keeps posting.

Bike sounds like the pilot circuit is messed up. Main circuit sounds fine!

the second video is out there somewhere, he did very well second race, but they decided to sell it....
he said its just to hard to ride, but when you watch him he's revving it out instead of shifting up and using the torque.

Yes, I just saw those "selling it to buy a bike for Loretta's" comment.  The guy finishes 2nd in that first moto and pulls away from all the 450F's out of every corner and comes near 2 holeshots in a row as well -- on a bike that cost 1/4 (or less?) what a current 450F costs. And has suspension not setup. If he just put a few $$$ into the legs and practiced on it a bit, it sure looked like he could have done really well on it.

Very sad that this story seems to be over.
