Ways around missing riding, know of any?
« Reply #1 on: October 02, 2012, 08:58:04 PM »
When I busted my foot I had to take a couple weeks off (doctor said months but I'm a bad listener). I watched a lot of races on youtube, because two strokes don't play on tv anymore where I live, and foopercross didn't do it for me. I honestly wasn't able to find a complete substitute for riding unfortunately...

I've done downhill mountainbiking since I raced 85s but you just don't get the same buzz that you get from motocross.

Masturbation. Lots of masturbation.  :-X

Same again lol done it since I rode 85s but still don't enjoy it as much as motocross haha

When I was in your position I picked up an ancient Hodaka Wombat 125 for $40 and had a hoot restoring and putting around on it! I then traded the Hodie for a 1981 Maico MC250 which I still have in my collection.

What's a Hodaka? Is that an old big brand like Bultaco or is it just a cheap chinese brand like Hyosung?

Thinking about it I might be able to trade my mountain bike for a KMX 125 but I'm not sure yet.

I'd rather a full bottle in front of me than a full frontal lobotomy.
