Looks like a new bike to me.  10 yr old YZ's have steel frames. heh..  I've got an 02, an 05, and an 06 yz250.  I like the feel of the 02 better then the alum frames but they're all good.

It's the 2013, but not much has changed since like '06(?) when they switched to the aluminum frames. I guess this year they changed really small things. Check out their own website, Yamaha seems to be promoting two strokes just as well http://www.yamaha-motor.com/sport/products/modelhome/30/home.aspx "Plus two strokes are easier and cost less to maintain" right on the first picture for the yz250.

hmmm i don't know what to think of this, kinda interesting that's for sure, but i GUARANTEE YOU, you wont see a commercial on tv about them lol

pretty cool to see that they're heavily promoting the bike, but damn..at least put the ufo updated plastic on there, especially when its nearing 7k for a 7+ year old bike

At least they are still making them I supose.
Funny the different way of pronouncing YZ.
We call them Y Zed's while you Americans call them Y Zee's.
I think you sound funny. ;)
