$600-$700 seems to be a fair price. You'll still have trouble unloading it.

Repair the clutch and Ebay it. A collector will surely grab the YZ100 (relatively rare bike).

Its 30 years old and needs a clutch, which isnt going to be cheap because of scarcity due to year,Its probably not worth more than $200 to your average joe, maybe $300-$400 to a vintage collector,or rider,or someone who restores old bikes.I have a 1985 YAMAHA Y ZINGER PW 50 that needs a new ignition coil and isnt worth alot.Somethinh is only worth what someone is willing to pay.

Clutch is the same as a YZ 125 - dime a dozen.

Check the part numbers, same as YZ 125, IT 175/200 and probably interchange with early DT. How do you calculate 600 to 800?

Fix the clutch, clean her up, and you will get between $1200.00 and $1500.00.
The 1982/83 YZ100 is the most desirable of the Vintage 100's. It can be raced in many VMX events and being the last of the 100's, it has some slightly better features.
Just look at the many VMX swap meets and ebay and you will see what clean good running bikes like this sell for.
I sold mind for $1500.00.

MXA rated the 100 as the best bike in the '82 YZ line up.
