cool stuff twosmoke, glad to see it coming along. Some times it takes a little while, but in the end  it will be worth it when you get to ride it.

one of the main reasons it took a while is because last semester was really tough in school, so i did nothing but school, i was very limited on what i did, i knew that if i started messing with the bike i would've really got distracted and not done very well. but now that i'm out for a little while i'm back at it :)

yes i cant wait really, i can tell its going to be an amazing bike to ride

KTMS 2008 125 made 38 horsepower accoridng to mxa. Thats as much as the 150 makes now and its newer. Thats pretty embarrassing for them. Anyway my point is they are rockets. Have fun :D

not to mention i have a little motor work and a fmf system, so maybe looking more towards 40? either way, it'll be way more than that turd of a stock cr i had, i rode a 03 yz 125 this past weekend and it was way snappier and accelerated quicker/cleaner than my cr ever thought about doing. the only thing the yz had was a pc system

i cannot stress how much i want to ride this thing

With porting and head work plus race gas plus the full pc system you'd be looking at about 42 peak I would think.

Thats f***ing fast.

All that pipe needs is abrasive pads and elbow grease.  They have both of those at Home Depot.

problem is i wouldn't keep up with it, otherwise i'd do it, that's the only reason for painting it

So you have never actualy had a bike on the dyno? Estimates are based on some experience.

False. Estimate is just a fancy word for guess. And a guess is based on either a quick and very rough maths add up, some other form of logical process or a number pulled out of the blue entirely.

His bike makes 38 horsepower bone stock according to mxa. A pipe and silencer will often yield a gain about 1-2 horsepower. Head mods that require race gas will probably get a further 1-2. Plus race gas and you've got about 42.

Now I'm not interested in hijacking twosmokes thread, so take your provocative, pedantic attitude somewhere away from me.

Lozza...stop being so f$%king condesending. You may have  a wealth of knowledge on the 2t subject, but speaking down to people doesn't help your cause.
