i have the eric gorr yz295 kit. i went with his "overall" or "mo betta" power spread. it has a lot more power right off idle. With the overall power spread it comes on the pipe smoother but still hits like a ton of bricks. the pistons weight the same as the oem so it it still revs like a stock bike just with more grunt. similar 4-stroke like grunt off idle to a ktm 300 but a lot more exciting up top. perfect do it all bike for me. mx, single track, gncc, you name it. i put over 100 hours on my kit already and i'm on my second topend.

my buddy went with the mid/top porting which has a bit more up top and nice over rev. if you ride purely mx this is the kit for you.

not any huge jetting changes required but even though i had the head cut for pump gas.....i was getting some detonation and had to switch to 100ll fuel. otherwise just bolt it on and go.

yeah they do awesome work. they have the template for this plastic now. i sent my kit to them so they have it on file. they can make any kit they offer as well as custom kits for the new yz plastic
