Cr250 Project Finished Pics
« on: March 19, 2012, 10:18:35 PM »
sorry for the long wait guys, but she is all done, finally! Enjoy..
For those of you that havent seen what the bike use to look like here ya go..

The bolt pattern on the whole bike has been converted to allen head key with lightning holes that are up to 60% lighter than stock..

The rear shock has been swaped out with a heavier Red spring..

The Carb has been upgraded to a 38 pwk Airstykerfrom jd jetting along with V-Force 3 Reeds

The graphics get a bold new look that scream what a factory cr 250 of today would look like..

A host of anodized red parts from japanese company zeta, the same parts found on the hrc japan race team bikes are fitted for light weight and good looking parts..

Boyesen has provided a trick custom clutch cover with my number and honda engraved on..

For the rims i went with the lightweight yet strong Excel A-60's..

For the hubs the new TCR racing hubs have been put on which have up to 2 pounds weight reduction from any stock or aftermarket hubs.. and are also the same hubs used by Kevin Windam, justin barcia ect..

The finished pics..

How did you get your engine and frame so clean. Did you do it or was it sent away and cleaned up. Your frame how do you get it to shine like that, your bike looks absolutley amazing kinda like it needs to be in an art gallery or something. That is one of the best looking dirt bikes I have ever seen. Absolutely fantastic job.! Any hints you would like to share in making your bike look so immaculate would be appreciated.

Just think of the wicked smile on his face as he roosts the poor strokers...  They'll think that Honda must have started make smokers again, and he must have a factory works bike...
