Notes: KTM has a fuel-injected two-stroke engine in the works, but surprisingly they claim that they will release it as an offroad model before putting it on the motocross models. Because of environmental regulations, the enduro line must run cleaner than closed-course motocross machines, which is why KTM fuel-injected the 2012 450EXC, but not the 450SXF.

Doesn't say if its DI or port.

The 012 250SX is 20 lbs lighter,$2000 cheaper,much quieter and cheaper to maintain then it's 450 cousin.With this in mind it is surprising that KTM produces over twice as many 4T$ as 2Ts.

Luckily, even if they eventually screw up their engines with FI, you'll still be able to saw it off of the motor and throw it into the garbage and install a featherlight, trick Carburetor from Mikuni.
