I've never used one but heard good things about them-especially where the inserts are replaceable.It sound ideal-and barnett makes good stuff.

Wiesco makes one and is guaranteed for life against notching and breakage

I am considering Barnett for my RM 250 as well and would love to know if anybody has had good luck with it.
