i hope some of the "big"-names will change to the 2 stroke championship, that would help the series evn more!  :D

checked out acu web site for info cant find anything on it       checked scottish motocross site think there is british youth mx  meeting on 27th 28th at   Glenrothes Club @ Leuchars, Fife  but no info about 2 stroke championship :'(    i would love 2 enter it on my rm 250   leuchars only 1 hour drive from my house  just cant find no info apart from on this site

Hi Kev M,

I believe that the information about this race was released to me before they have gotten to update their web site. As I understand it these events will be held in conjunction with the British Youth Championships. There will be more news to come!

Brand new 2stroke championship in UK



There is news today of a new ACU Adult Two stroke Championship series to be run over five rounds and run in tandem with this years BYMX series running on five of the BYMX weekend dates. The five round series will be kicking off at Norley in Cheshire on the weekend 17th/18th April and will then visit, Mepal, Finningley,Brampton and conclude at Cusses Gorse. The championship is open to any rider over 15 years of age and riding either 125cc, 250cc or up to 520cc machinery. The 125cc class will be scored separately. There will be five 16 min plus 1 lap races run over the course of the weekend and the registration fee for the series is £150, with a weekend race fee of £70 per round. ACU Two stroke Championship Dates and Venues
Round 1 April 17th/18th hosted by Cheshire NW SCC @ Norley, Cheshire.
Round 2 May 22nd/23rd hosted by Cambridge JSC @ Mepal, nr Ely Cambridge.
Round 3 July 17th/18th @ Finningley, South Yorkshire
Round 4 July 31st/Aug 1st hosted by East Cumbria MCC @ Brampton.
Round 5 Sept 11th/12th hosted by Hucklebridge Events @ Cusses Gorse, nrWinterbourne Gunner, Wilts

no meetings in scotland  looks like i will be sticking with the good old twinshock club
