Found this article on motorcycle-usa.com. its a build up of an 03 CR 125 found on craigslist. they went a bit crazy with the parts list but good to see 2 strokes on a site that hasnt featured much of them for a long time

Cool, it looks good.

Their comment about it not being able to make up the loss of 8 years of technology on 2011 YZ125 made me chuckle. Like Yamaha updated that YZ every year LOL. Also their total was $6100 and they call that not murdering the bank account? I guess we have different views on that  :D .

All the comment basically say the same thing but they did spend a lot of money on bling. Not much of an article really but shows that riding doesn't have to be super expensive.  The biggest thing to me is motorcycle usa have probably less on two strokes than any other bike site I visit so for them to be writing articles on them is a good sign

Sharp Lookin bike, They could,ve kept the cost under 3,000 and had alot faster bike. No porting that,s what the 03 cr125 needs, along with some work on the cases, if you,re a top 8 b class racer,or an expert. I would,ve used a pro circuit pipe, rad valve, icat, or after market ignition, just the hinson basket. You can hang with modern bikes, on a 95 rm or yz125, on local tracks, it,s all rider and if you have a killer attitude, you have them covered.
