Legit. The most I have ever benched was 200lbs at age 16, and I know for a fact I can do more but whats the point when your building the wrong type of muscle(Look how big the guy is!). My point of stating that "Biking is better for leg muscle", is because it is a low impact exorcise, and you won't destroy you knees in the process. Hell, I'd rather be that guy in the video kicking the shit out of 4 stroke than do squats, leg presses, etc.. I'll try to get you a foot press video, depending if I can use the college gym, and if I have time.
1000lb on a proper 45 degree leg press going to full extension is no easy feat, certainly something people would want to see from a guy who never trains.
Never trains? I bike 12-20 miles everyday, on a fixed gear, which means non-stop pedaling, and no brakes which means I stop by back pedaling. Why don't you try riding one for a day and come back and tell me its easy
