newbie from Portugal!
« on: March 13, 2011, 06:48:00 PM »
hi there 2 strokers.

i've joined the forum a few weaks ago, as i'm a 2 stroke super fan.

I'm from Portugal and i'm 25years old. I start riding the woods when i was 15 when i bought my 2000 kx 80 and a few years back i stop riding cause i had no time for it.

last year i bought a 2001 cr 125 (turd!)

it's gonna get totally rebuilt when i got time for it.

hope to meet some folks and get some knowledge.

cheers dudes!

Welcome
If a pair of 2" brass balls isn't working, I doubt that the 3" model will make much difference.

thank you all guys!

allready look at that article thowsands of times and cant imagine how awesome the cr turned to. it might be a nice rocket!

i allready put a hgs srs pipe on it and cut down silencer 2 inches. it might improve a little bit his bottom end.

what do you guys think about replacing the standard reed petals for boyesen pro series? i know bolt on parts only do a minimal difference, but i'd like to get a bit more throttle response.

cheers!

The reed block will help, but not as much as the motor mods. ;)
