Damn Charles. Heal up sooner rather than later.  You really need to move out to Socal. Not so many trees to jump out infront of you like that.  :P ;D

Charles for inflamation and joint health, get Glucosamine and MSM pills, either separatly or in 1 bottle and let the healing begin. Alaloolha and bam your healed.

Long ago a friend taught me how to do a "Judo roll" and it really helps when you bail. :-X

I didn't have time to Judo Roll, I was going way to fast. :)
I just wish the wreck was on camera.

Bugger!! I always said trail riding was dangerous.  In 25 years of mx racing I never once hit a tree..first enduro event I ever went in Bang!! Straight into one.
Certainly know how you feel though..I have 3 cracked ribs at the moment from an inexplicable get off.
Hope you heal quickly Charles.
