« on: December 17, 2010, 05:31:06 PM »
Hello,
My name is Jere Swarr, owner and operator of Sleepy Hollow MX Park INC., located at 3044 William Penn highway    Fredericksburg PA 17026.
September 17,18 2011 Sleepy Hollow will host the 1st Annual 2 Stroke Motocross Festival. All 2 strokes are welcome from any era. Positively no 4 stroke dirt bikes will be permitted to run. I am planning an event for anybody that is in to two stroke MX . There will be racing, much bench racing, open riding and practice. We hope to have vintage displays , new two stroke MX bikes on display, KTM, Yamaha, Maico, TSM, Husky, etc. Any and every body is welcome.
I am in the early planning stages, press releases will follow. Stay tuned. In the meantime check out this schoolboy race with all 125cc two strokes at the Hollow:http://www.motoxposure.com/tv/video/HCconner.htm  Our website : www.sleepymx.com, My E-mail: Swarr4@aol.com.  My phone is 717-278-8998 anytime. Contact me if you would like to be involved. I am open to any and all ideas for this event.   Thank you and Happy Holidays   Jere Swarr

P.S. Two stroke Todd, aka Todd Weindel is helping with this event

This is great news. We really need to get behind and show a lot of support for this event. Sounds like it is going to be huge !!

Good news!
I'm glad other people are following in our footsteps. The event we did last year caught the attention of race promoters, as there are talks about having 2 stroke classes in 2 of the main 3 racing series in Quebec.

Sounds like a lot of fun. Wish I could go. Those events are welcome down here in Florida as well. Hint hint.

Now that sounds like an event not to be missed......................pity its on the other side of the world :)
I especially like the "no four strokes will be permitted to run" part...
F**K THE WHALES......................SAVE THE 2 STROKE!!!!

The hardest part about riding a 4 stroke is telling your parents your Gay!!

Don't degrade 2 strokes to only an annual side-show event.
Keep those 4 strokes away from EVERY track, on EVERY weekend! Not just once in a while...
It's better that way. :) ;)
Non the less, it's very kind of you to organize 2 stroke events!

I wish I could make it, but a 10 1/2hr drive one way is a little too much for this weekend warrior.  Can't wait to see video and pics of the event.

No four strokes permitted to run,,,,,,, what happens if the Diesel generator that powers the lights,  scoring system fails????
Surely an exeption can be made if the back wheel is removed and hook the four banger up to the generator dynamo,,, Ha Ha.
