Does anyone out there have any new ideas, solutions, etc to help prevent mud from sticking under your fenders and making you bike go on an extreme weight gain program?  I am referring to the real stcky mud that just seems to collect rather that fall off.  It comes off only when you scrap it off (or wash it off if you have that luxury at the track - which we don't) after a moto....

PAM cooking spray works pretty well. Spray it on when the bike is clean and dry. Mud sticks too it much less.

Pam does work good but silicone spray works better-good on your fork legs too.
I'd rather a full bottle in front of me than a full frontal lobotomy.

Scott Summers was experimenting with various solutions back in the 90's.One way he was able to solve the problem was by slipping nylon stockings over his fenders!

He eventually turned that into a product I believe he called mud skins.I'm not sure if he still markets them or not.I put a set of his fork braces on my XR and they were high quality and the difference was night and day.If muds an issue, they may be worth tracking down.
Otherwise,try a pair of Sach's pantyhose :D

Keeping in mind that you are an expert on the subject, do the nylons go over or under your knee protectors? While we're on the subject, doesn't it get a little "breezy" when you are motoing in your usual attire, a Scottish Kilt? :-*

Nope, riding in my Kilt just attracts the Albertans for some reason ;D
My hose go under my knee protectors of course.I couldn't use them for mud guards like yours as I wear the crotchless variety.I only mention this because I knew you were picturing it anyway :o ;D

I just tape ford under the rear fender to prevent mud from sticking :)

I line the underside of my fenders with tape and after the moto just peel and replace.
