Hi zach, welcome to the forum.

In order to help you, could you tell us a bit more about the year of your bike and some of the reasons that you want to convert it to a 200?

Plus how much are you willing to spend, because doing something like this will not be cheap. Sometimes your best bet is to sell your current machine and buy the one that you want.
Life is short.

I believe KTM parts fiches are available online on the KTM site. The best thing to do is look up the part # for yours then a 200 to see if they match.
I'd rather a full bottle in front of me than a full frontal lobotomy.

 08 KTM 125 SX
CRANKSHAFT CPL.    125 SX 2007        Part#  4376428-001  $483.12
ENGINE CASE CPL W.TRAN.BEAR.07     Part#  6160668-001  $653.50

 08 KTM 200 EXC
CRANKSHAFT CPL. 200 EXC 2007          Part#  5858693-001  $409.60
ENGINE CASE CPL W.TRAN.BEAR.07      Part#  6160668-001  $653.50

I did the easy work for you, now you just have to do the hard work and put pics up. To me the crank should fit because the 125 and 200 share the same cases. And the cranks have different part #s because they are different strokes.

That being the case(hee, hee)probably rod, cylinder,pv,maybe ignition?Probably cheaper to buy the aftermarket cyl/piston than to try  through KTM.

The best place to get the detailed info you're looking for would be KTMTalk.  I'm sure someone there would be able to answer your question.  With the cranks being different KTM part numbers I'm not sure they can be interchanged.  You may end up spending more to rebuild you engine, than if you purchaced a used 200 engine and rebuilt it.

Just my $0.02...
