sorry m8 lol its txt talk and english is my 1st language lolanyway its got spark and its getting petrol and i have just bought a brand new spark plugand its still not fireing it seems like it is fireing at the wrong time but im not sure why because i have just fitted a topend rebuild and the bike worked fine then all of a sudden it locked up around 3 hours after rebuild but it wasnt seized it has good compression stil but 2day i have had a friend lukin at it and he has made sure carb is ok changed the petrol took the head off and cheked the rings aint stikin he said he thinks its the woodruff key or something like that but then he removed all casin 2 gt 2 woodruff key and then he couldnt gt a part of it luked 2 me as if it was magnetic he said that the woodruff key sits behind it and he thinks wen it locked up that it wasnt anything 2 do wiyh piston he thinks it was the part he couldnt get off sorry i cant tell u the part as i dont no much about bikes if u have any ideas please let me no thanks
If the woodruff key is off the timing is not correct. I think your friend was on the right track. 1st thing you need is a manual so you know what your getting into. You need to continue to to remove the flywheel to get to the key. The woodruff key is an inexpensive part. The problem is the timing is off, and its not firing at the proper time.
