hey tmkiwi did you shift the mounts once its shorter i presume you did away with the second mount and mounted on the lower braket

Heard speculation that sherco were going to produce a direct injection enduro 250or 300 put probly all cloak and dagger stuff on that mabey ktm or husaberg might pull something out of the bag,as to the japanese i reakon theve got so many dollars tied up in there four stroke programme that producing a new glorius 2 smoker would be admitting they got it wrong getting rid of them to start with and who knows what goes on at the political side .

had the barrel off to do a ring anyway spent the arvo polishing the exhaust port will do the squish while im here  but cheers for the advice out there all although what is the deal with the airboot and how do you mod it

250 was only available when i bought few jitters, knew about them just never seen one in the flesh stoked i bought, but a year and a bit on here i am

yeah love the 250 but now im a bit older now so im not hemmed in by capacity rules ,the vets class ive found has sometimes been more competitive than the other grades but the 300s seem to be the most versitile for xc/mx/enduro or playing about all good though

had been looking into a stage 1 port on the barrel the crankcases are polished factory anyway the squish was the next step, was going to leave all alone as i was going to get a 013 300mx but finances have stopped that at the mo so ill give my 011 a tickle up and wait a year have worked on the set up and sus and now a full tm convert but still finding im getting eaten up a little by 450s which unortunately is just down to horsepower so in my eyes any little bit helps

cheers guys thought about pipes but for my tm the only after market one is a scalvani which are super bling.would love to get a fmf fatty but still being a little exotic none available just trying to get a boost over the whole rev range cheers

Had early start for raceday loaded up all me kit fuels riding gear etc,bolted got to the track about a hour an half away then relised id left my bike in the shed talk about a dummy

Hey ya have you got your heart set on a yz or rm ive had one of each  a 07 rm250 used it for everything xc,moto ,trailriding and evan did a isde on it great bike .Then bought a 09 yz  again great bike what im slowly getting to is that now they are slowly becoming dated designs still functional but unfortunately not being updated any more.My feeling contraversial that it might be is go euro,ktm,tm,gasgas,husaberg are still pumping big dollars into 2stroke development and now days getting spares for them are not an issue and there becoming mainstream for example i live down under in nz ,i own a tm 250 ,i can get parts from the uk within one week if i cant get them in nz or oz so in the states evan a lot simpler  but a thought anyway hope it helped :

Hi there has anyone out there used one of erics 265 kits,i know he is the guru when it comes to our great two smokers more wondering if there is a noticable power increase and longgevity of the kit any help would be great cheers
