I'd rather a full bottle in front of me than a full frontal lobotomy.

Cool  ;D
There are some good women mx riders out there.
There is a young 14 year old over here that races in the boys 85cc class and usually beats them.
Courtney Duncan is her name and always runs 1st-3rd with the boys.
The girls class is just not fair as she wins by miles.
She even made the NZ junior world team. 8)
She is to young to race in the womens class but keep an eye out for in the future.
She rides a YZ85 after switching from honda.
This is what here father said after the split.

Our CR85's are simply worn out and Honda wanted Courtney to go to the CRF150 4-stroke ,but right now, what's the point?"  :D

Another one was Katherine Prumm who won 2 world champs a couple of years ago.
She used to run top 10 easy with the men back here.
Shes injured now ,don't know when she is coming back. She is still only about 20.

Some of the girls around would kick most of our arses. :o

Just about anyone who seriously makes an effort at seriously making a dent in the rankings is going to have the ability to really lay down the law if someone tries to challenge them.  I've seen people on 85's tear around at eye-watering speeds that make you think they should be in the 450 Nationals on that little thing.  Then of course there's the story from way back in the day when some grown man decided he was going to get an 80 for a playbike and challenge another dude who had a 400cc CZ.  The CZ lost the drag race, even though they were same-year bikes and everything.  It's fun to say there's no replacement for displacement, but there really is: skill.

Is this Maico a 440 or only a 400?  Well in all the confusion, I forgot myself.
But considering this is a 1978 Magnum, the best-handling bike in the world, you have to ask yourself one question.
Do you feel lucky, punk?

The KTM 150 has 3 hp more than the 250f, no surprise she smoked the 4-st. In 04  Tara Gieger  beat the 4-st. on a  CR125, holeshots too. She ran a stroker crank, stock bore. I  just heard of another local pro, that dumped his 450 for a 150.

That's weird, never really heard of someone moving down a class.  The last "dumped my 450" story I heard resulted in the guy moving to a 490. :D

Actually, that bit of news came through the twostrokemotocross.com grapevine.  The guy slapped some disc brakes on that mother, went out to the track and started laying down the law.

He didn,t move down to b class, he,s a  front runner in the expert class. Last  year he was injured bad on his 450, there riding 450,s wide open, I  saw the kid  wed. at the KTM dealer, the mechanic his pal just put a FMF pipe, silencer on.He  went outside  to  ride it, the dealership is in town, with a cop shop across the street. We  went outside to egg him on, he  opened it up,said the pipe makes more hp,he had grass flying, the motor sounds like a mid to top  ripper, he couldn,t stop smiling. The  kid  problobly  weights 145, he picked the 150 up a few days ago, on the track it,s competive and way more fun and handles better than a 450, when you have a serious injury you look for a better handling bike. He  can still run down  the top 5 guys on 450,s, on a sand track.
