Alrighty

Finally got to my folder of pics I took at Unadilla 2009 and cherry picked the best of the mostly 2 stroke related bunch, altho I think I snuck in a Chad Reed or two (I was born 10 mins from him, I can't help it)

Looks like I had the cam bagged up for the 2 stroke invitational, so no pics of that, was just enjoying the sight and sound.

So here are the pics!

Great photos... thanks for sharing.....

I have a question, do we have a certain mutual friend in Australia?

A guy named Lozza?

If so, we need to talk!

Yep, me and lozza go back a ways :) It's all his fault I bought my RS125  (which he has done some stellar things to) and the TS185 VMXer that even shocked Joel Robert, but not necessarily in a good way  :P It is also his fault that I bought a ktm 500 project - even thought my skillz are at the level of a drunken monkey.

Actually, here is the mighty TS, I'm the guy in the white tshirt removing the tools from the bike and lozza demonstrating my rather knackered chain - that is sideways bendage and explains why it kept falling off.

Have been meaning to post an intro/send you a message but I am very much a lurker and a bit on the quiet side!

Dude!  A coffin tank on a '79 Maico, that's kick-ass!  I always thought I'd get a '78 and put '79 graphics on the tank, but now seeing that you can indeed put a '76-77 coffin on there, and how good it looks, that's what I'm going to do.

Sorry, I couldn't stay quiet on that one.

Is this Maico a 440 or only a 400?  Well in all the confusion, I forgot myself.
But considering this is a 1978 Magnum, the best-handling bike in the world, you have to ask yourself one question.
Do you feel lucky, punk?

Yeah it's all my fault. I'm still having therapy about that TS, I had forgotten how much fun that Classic Dirt weekend was ;D
Just remember that more HP fixes everything...............................
