What to do you carry when trail riding?

Cel phone. 5 Euro.

Cell to call someone to come get me.
5 euro to walk to a bar and drink 5 beers until my ride arrives.

3 years ago, I went down in the woods at 70km/hr and broke my ankle. I'm lucky that's all I broke, but I managed to get on the bike, and back home. When my mom found out, she bought me a cell phone. I carry that and some water now.
