X, being a NE guy you might appreciate this story about "rippa's". I lived on the Cape but would travel back to NY to race district 34. We were on the mid cape highway and my buddy "the porkmaster" was driving let's say maybe a little fast. the cop followed us from Barnstable all the way to 134 and still waited until the back roads to turn on the lights. O-shit! Guy comes up to the window after looking at the bikes on the trailer. after the usual questions he proposes an option. If we can name who has 6 world championships we can go. We both yell out Joel Robert. OK, too easy he says. Now we gotta tell him what CZ stands for which we both get wrong. doesn't matter, we are free to go. this is at 2 AM. Can't make stuff like this up.
