i owned a 09 yz250 and to be honest i cant understand why someone would put butt ugly, sharp, straight looking yzf plastics on it. i heaps prefer the lines of the older models, the new plastic is just awful. Hope yamaha dont change there two stroke look, the new is to yuppie, and it would be the the first thing i would change if they did come out with them. the yzf looks like a glorified thumpster, like some imitation bike. each to his own i suppose, just my 2c.

FINALLY!!!! someone who agrees with me. Seriously I think those 'updated' two stroke plastics look like utter crap. I'd be worried I would snag my pants or slice them open on them. Same with the YZF they look crap. Looks like its inspired by a medievil throne. The current YZ plastics are my all time favourites of the two stroke range. The RMs are really nice too
