First, have u ever tried to qualify for a national? Ever made it? How did u get ur pro license? Why r u wanting to do it on a 2stroke? Is it yours or a borrowed buddies bike? And who are u exactly?

First off, yes I have raced the nationals before and yes I have made mains and why does it matter how I got my pro license? Yes it is mine and I want to do ride a 2-stroke because its fun and I like riding my 2-stroke, and again why does it matter? Geesh what happened to all the original people that talked on here?!

I think they got stung the last time.Once bitten........ ;)

Ah douche bag, I mean Renner. Yeah, lets not use the Erik Gorr built 125 that fans donated a couple grand for you to ride, no, lets use the stock bike.

I would never run anything by Eric again, I had him do one of my 250's and it never ran right again. Literally broke every time I rode it and it had never had one problem before I sent it to him.

Then I assume ur familiar with the sponsorship process. U don't hand money over sight unseen u see who ur giving it to first. Racing a national is important bc it let's me know if u can possibly make it and u know what it against. How u got ur license is also important bc I've had a few friends do a pro am arena cross thing on the east cost and got their license basically just to say they had it they couldn't come close to competing at a national they just showed up to enough races and got enough points. And lastly yes we keep getting burned by people saying "help me race my 2 stroke" and people do and as soon as it's over they are done with it. So I still don't know who u are or what ur capable of. Others on here might but I am pretty new and have no idea so I asked

I agree the 250 would have a better chance since there is a little less displacement difference and back when they had 500's the 250 class ran faster lap times. Then again its your choice and you do want to have some fun. Every 250f you beat on a 125 will be worth it. Too bad we can't see it either way due to lack of broadcast of the Nationals.

Is anybody in the forum going to the outdoor Nationals at Red Bud this year? It will be the last National they have at the track I was going to go to High Point but I have a graduation party to attend so since Red Bud is actually closer to me I'll go there instead.

Why is it the last year for Red Bud? Do they need room in the schedule for another in CA or the Northeast where there are so few? Sarcasm aside I would like to go to a National but the closest one is 1000 miles away. Bring back Gatorback! Did do Unadilla last year.

sadly to say but AMA wanted the Richie family to raise the ticket prices to $49.00 and they said no the Richie's have owned the property/track for many, many years and all they wanted to do was keep the prices fair in return for all fans that have been coming there over the years.

The price raise stuff among other things is going on at a lot of the other tracks too. MX Sports is trying to get rid of any place that doesn't want to act like or look like Nascar. If things go as the rumors say they will you will see the series at mostly new (different) tracks by 2014.

As far as the topic of me.... I'll post a video of me on the 125 as soon as I get a chance, it is getting rebuilt right now. I know I have a better chance on the 250 vs the 450's but the 125 is a lot of fun to ride. Washougal probably isn't the #1 choice of places to try to ride a 125 vs built 250F's but oh well.

Oh and I had Gorr do a 300 kit on my woods bike. It ran great until about 9 hours of run time then the power valve broke and I'll just leave it at that.
