2 stroke total engine failure - $750-$1000 (Everything is broken)
2 stroke minor engine failure - $150-$400(Top end failure/replate)
4 stroke total engine failure - $2000-$3500(Broken valves, destroyed cylinder, destroyed cases, etc.)
4 stroke minor engine failure $500-$1500(Right..)

Hahahaha... Now I am just waiting for someone to say "It was improper maintenance.... Blah blah blah..." Even though the point is is the COST. Look at that though, that's just plain sad.

The best is when the rod fails, cuts the counter balancer in half, slices the cases and then rams into the transmission. The piston, sensing freedom, then tries to exit the motor through the cylinder head.At that point the customer realizes his bike is toast and becomes a lot more receptive to the idea of a 2T.
