For $40 bucks its not to bad... but that is one hell of a dent in the pipe. Its your cash, and $40 is dirt cheap for a pipe, but that dent...  :-X

I know it sucks! I could deal with all of the other ones but that one is just massive :/ I wish there was a way i could just pull it out instead of sending it to pipe repair.

get it!!!!

an exhaust shop can remove that ding with compressed air and a torch without opening a hole.

you can diy also, cover one side and fill it with water, then cover the other side and put it in the freezer, and repeat the process till the ding is out.

That actually does work! I forgot about the freezing method when I did my previous post... I would get it for the $40 and freeze the water and get that dent out. Good luck  :)

It shouldn't because the dent would give before any welds break, or any metal gives out. But for $40, you can re-weld it and try it again, even if you have to pay someone to TIG weld it, it would still be much cheaper than buying one new.
