I doubt we'll ever see it passed. I just witnessed a dumbarse pull out in front of a very large John Deere Semi trailer carrying a new combine...lets just say the semi wasn't slowing down. Yes, she was on her cell phone. Then proceeded to pull in front of me without warning.

Here in Wa, it is completely illegal to be talking on your cell phone while driving without a bluetooth device. Unfortunately that law had one big flaw. Texting. We are allowed to text while driving.

Well, in Illinois we are not suppose to text (a law now) but only certain cities have the bluetooth only law.
Plus, I am not saying 'females' in general are bad drivers. Everyone that is too much in a hurry, on a cell phone, reading the paper while driving are the problem. But, there are some that just suck at driving. lol
