not my 250, the 60. here I'll repost it.
Billet extended swingarm, I needed a chainslider and couldn't find one for less than $45, I got on Ebay and found this swingarm w/ the slider, teflon chainguide, and bearings for $40.
The linkage rod is adjustable from Berg Racing, also aquired on Ebay for cheap.
I lowered the bike about 4 inches so my son could get comfortable on it, and have been slowly raising it with out him knowing every week.

If a pair of 2" brass balls isn't working, I doubt that the 3" model will make much difference.
