Big Changes in GP MX

From this article in MXA, it sounds like there is a coup in the process in the FIM's GP MX. With Red Bull and Monster both possibly supporting competing series and the resurgence of the 2 stroke in Europe, maybe this would be a great time to try to get cc equality. Anyone know how to start or who to reach out to?

Coups are not a bad thing at all in sports.
Lets hope it happens now.
