When I saw the title of this, I almost spat root beer all over my computer.  Turns out, the news is a bit more subtle that at first I imagined, but it's still great to hear!

Is this Maico a 440 or only a 400?  Well in all the confusion, I forgot myself.
But considering this is a 1978 Magnum, the best-handling bike in the world, you have to ask yourself one question.

As much as I love the vintage bikes, I am really tempted to get one of these new-fangled Maicos.  That is, after I find a 440 Magnum and a 750 Kawasaki... and maybe a... I don't know...

One of each would be nice.I was talking to Dan a while back at Barker bros as my daughter and myself are in the process of rebuilding a LEM(which he also sells) to replace her JR as time and $$ allows.Hopefully this winter,then maybe it's my turn!
