TM built to request?
« on: November 30, 2010, 10:47:06 PM »
Hey I tried to search this question but couldn't find it, so sorry if it has been ask before.

I hear all the time that "TM's r built to the buyers request". To what extent is this?

Can I choose from the factory what:
-Grips
-Handle bar brand and bend
-Unbreakable levers
-Tires Brand and model
-Sprocket size
-Setup for race or pump gas
-Plated or works finish pipe
-Porting
-FW weight
-Springs setup for weight or revalved for skill
-Silencer or S/A
-Custom number back grounds

...the bike comes with?

I did hear you can change the actual transmission ratios?

A TM is definitely in my near future! :D

idk exactly, but there is an option list:

I thought they were more expensive, but it looks like its about the same as yamaha and ktm.

I ride an 03 yz250, wait 04, wait 05, what ever, they're all the same #$@% YOU!

YZ125 Evan - You're best bet is to call Dan Barker at the TM Distributor and ask him some questions. He is an easy to talk to guy and can answer all your questions.

The number at Barker Bros is 604-853-1333

Considering all the great stuff that comes stock on the TM, it's a real bargain!
Life is short.
