It's obvious that they wouldn't have given RV the bike if they didn't want him riding it. The question is "for what?"

What are they not racing the TM150? Is it legal in this race?

It is interesting why Kawasaki would give RV a factory two stroke right now (in the midst of the SX series)? Why would the put current plastic on James Stewart's old 250 (If it is JS's old SR250)? Why would they even spend money, time, or any effort at all on a two stroke?

General Two Stroke Talk / Re: Service Honda 500AF vs. CRF450

Most of the testers of these bikes come away shocked and in disbelief at the amount of power of a 500. Its almost as if they forgot they are dealing with a 500 2-stroke - twice the power of a 250 which is close to the power of a 450F. If these bikes were tweaked as much as the 450s were they would be making an ungodly amount of horsepower. The beauty is that they don't need all the R&D or tweaking to be efficent and race-ready. They are capable of winning against a 450 with no modifications.

Whew, $10K for a dirt bike. I guess its about the same as a 500AF. It would be great to see a test on the 700, or any of them for that matter. You know MXA won't do one, since they're the most 4-stroke friendly mag out there. At any rate, the bikes are simply bad--s.
