mine was doing the same thing i found out i forgot the washer between the basket and inner hub.
make sure its there.

First one in is fiber, then metal, then fiber again. Once they are all in the (last one should be fiber) you are all set. Just remember you never want metal on metal or fiber on fiber.

thats how i had it. But the fiber plates have to be in a certain order.

my clutch plates got messed up anyone no were i could find the order.
