Hey thanks guys...unfortunately I don't have the missing piece. I think what I'm going to do is put some type of metal epoxy as a short term fix and if it falls off or breaks off again then I'll split the cases and get it welded like SachsGS said. @xandyx yeah man this is the first time anything like this has happened to me...but I'm glad the chain didn't fall off or something and get jammed up in te case and crack it or damage it more than it did!
I have no clue how it happened but any help will be appreciated! Can I fix this without buying a new case?? Anyways thanks!
What would be wrong or something to look for if there was a problem with them?
We even tapped the float bowl on the carb a little bit because somebody said sometimes the pins gets stuck or something like that but we tried that and it didn't work...I'm out of ideas just about I mean the only thing left I'd say would be pull the carb and clean the jets in case a piece of dirt is in there, and if nothing after that pull the top end and check it out and see what's going on internally? Any help would be great thanks guys!
but yeah thanks for the info I think I'll get started on rippin the shock apart tomorrow afternoon! I'll try and post some pictures and whatever to keep you guys updated with the ongoing project of this little diamond in the rough.
